This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the 1309tea website and is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Where We Ship

1309tea sells products online throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping availability may be limited or restricted in certain areas due to carrier policies, legal requirements, or operational constraints.

Shipping Methods

All orders placed on 1309tea.com are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) using standard shipping only.

🚫 We do not offer express, expedited, or overnight shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $6.00 USD per order

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $45.00 USD or more (before taxes)

Free shipping is offered as a promotional benefit, not a contractual guarantee, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

All shipping fees and promotions are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time (USPS)

Once shipped via USPS, standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • USPS operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

1309tea does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Carrier Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed over to USPS:

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer, to the maximum extent permitted by law

  • 1309tea is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages after carrier acceptance or delivery confirmation

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, 1309tea may, at its discretion:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense, or

  • Issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees

Amazon Orders

1309tea products may also be purchased through Amazon.

For orders placed on Amazon:

  • Shipping, delivery times, tracking, and carrier selection are controlled exclusively by Amazon

  • 1309tea does not control, guarantee, or modify delivery timelines for Amazon orders

  • All shipping-related inquiries, delays, or delivery issues must be handled directly through Amazon’s platform and customer service

Amazon orders are subject to Amazon’s shipping, returns, and refund policies, which may differ from those on our website.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products as food and consumable goods, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction

  • Delayed deliveries caused by carriers

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Website Orders Only)

If you receive a product purchased directly from 1309tea.com that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

If approved, 1309tea may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Amazon Returns

  • All returns, refunds, or replacements for orders placed through Amazon must be processed directly through Amazon, in accordance with Amazon’s policies.

  • 1309tea does not issue refunds or replacements for Amazon orders outside of Amazon’s system.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Sale or promotional items

Order Cancellations

Orders placed on 1309tea.com may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
